I need help finding out what manga this was the story was about some kid who switched bodies with someone from another world and while travelling he finds out he can contact the person he switched bodies with in his world and he learns the girl he likes thats in the world he was transported is also from his world and the evil counsel are also filled with people who came from earth. Or something like that would really love if someone could tell me what manga this is

Hmmm.... This kinda sounds like it could be Arata Kangatari? Also maybe not though. >< I don't think anyone other than the Aratas went over to the other worlds....
