i have some problem about firefox. it is forever crashing. Why crashing i dont understand. can you help me?

No with that litte information given, we can't help you. You need to give us more information about the symptomes and general information about your operation system e.g.
From your descrition it seems firefox is always crashing not just on Batoto. If that is really the case you should try talking to the Firefox support instead. (http://support.mozilla.com/)
