<Icelandic, and everyone in Iceland learns english at a young age, so no need to bother, only children books need to be translated for Icelandic children but even then, we are so few in number that it's probably a waste of resources.
Are there even any Icelandic scanlation groups? You can probably count the number of people over there who speak Japanese on the fingers of one hand
Aye, most people in Iceland speak English. It's really a very small country for how well known it is. Population wise it's right between Pittsburg, PA and Anaheim, CA, at around 320k or so people. Not very likely to find scanlators for a language that few people speak.
