Requesting Contributor status as head of the new group RadioNoise Scans.
The group is for scanlating Toaru Kagaku no Railgun/Toaru Majutsu no Index doujins and official manga.
I have read the site's rules and understand the technicalities behind the upload process. I have previously uploaded 5 chapters of the Railgun manga but have been working on it for much longer than that.

The Railgun manga I've always uploaded and released through 4chan's /a/ board and only recently started uploading it to this site myself (another anon would usually do it instead). Radio Noise scans is rather new and was created for the uploading of Railgun and Index doujinshi. I do not associate the works for both groups as a single group.
