I seen few ranking youtube videos and this image I always see it on the right corner where the videos are advertised. When I watch the videos, I can never find the image or the anime on the videos.

I really hope someone will tell me if they know the characters or the anime it's from. Please.

 

Edit: After months and a closer look, I think the image is from rinne lagrange... that's the sister. I am not sure but can someone confirm it, then I can end my search.

Anyway, judging from my ACTUAL research, it should be Rinne no Lagrange and those pantsu belong to Madoka.
