I'm not part of the team so I don't know, but from what I read insigniapierce had done the chapter 10 days ago, meanwhile yoraikun was busy with exam and just got back. None told him that chapter 101 was done, so he translated chapter 101.

No, she wasn't in the same area of time we saw in the manga, however the WN translation is currently at 275/700 so I can't tell ya if she plays a significant side character role later on or not.
