Apparently this:
- using a single pokeman chosen for you by other people (you can use your starter only up till you catch the specified pokeman)
- don't evolve your pokeman (if its evolved form can be catched, then it's fine to use it; like Nidorina/Nidorino)
- other people choose the moveset for your pokeman
- nuzlocke
- people can't choose completely useless stuff for you
- some moar details

Half of moves have like doubled or even quadrupled power compared to what's in vanilla pokemon though and 5th gym goes up to 39th level already. Why risk enemy mons killing my mons with a well placed super-effective move?
