Aegis Academy is a very special place for young people to grow and come of age. Many of the student start their education from the moment they are allowed to go to school and love there during the school year. Some transfer there after receiving special "Scholarships" and invitations.
Yet this school is not just a special school for the gifted child. In fact, this school is mainly unheard of. It is a secret society that is shut off to most mankind. The majority of the school's population is of non-human decent ranging from Elves to were-folk and even your occasional demon will be granted access from time to time. There is no limit to the number of people you will meet here. There is no limit to what you can learn here. The sky is the limit and the world is your oyster.
So come join the fun of the school. You have plenty to do and much time to do it. There many places to visit such as the Library Island or maybe you want to see the Gaia Tree. Maybe you want to visit out Graveyard and tour the area's history and maybe meet a few of their spirits. There are tons of clubs and activities to boot. But, that is the tip of the ice burg. There are so many more Mysteries that have yet to be discovered here and it's all here for you!!! So come and lets start the adventure!

We do not live alone on Earth. A nuclear warhead is not the most dangerous weapon on the planet either. We share our world with other species that are amazing in their own right. However, most do not know due to our unforced ignorance and their ability to live among us in secrecy. Recently, though, all of the different races have started to integrate into our world, slowly. But tensions are high and itf not done correctly, can spell an all our world war which could turn the world inside out, or even destroy it. That answer was Aegis Academy. Aegis Academy allows for all children from all walks of life to come together and learn to accept one another. They live together, compete and grow and using this school, the plan is to let the bonds of friendship carry on through life.
You are here now for whatever reason. You can be a long time student or a transfer. Reason is not as important but enjoying the school and all it has to offer is what is important. So join some clubs, battle your fellow students and explore the school to your hearts content. Just don't break curfew.

You are creating your own style here. There will be as much fighting as there will be sing-alongs. So you need to be able to defend yourself, not only from other students who may challenge you but also, from the different areas of the school itself.
Ability:
First off, you create an ability. The ability can be anything from skill with a sword to being something other than human. The ability will have points in it which you can use to buy skills/spells/techniques/etc.
The points represent two things. First is the aptitude and skill with the ability at hand. The more points you have, the more spells you can have and the stronger the spells you can learn. At the same time, it is an over all measure of skill of character. All of the points in abilities that you have obtained will be added together. Reaching point thresholds will advance you in Rank from E-S Rating.
Note: Magic abilities are segmented into single categories. So any magic that has properties of another style of magic will not fly unless you have good enough reason like a racial magic. Otherwise, you will have to mix.
Spells/Skills/techniques
The points in abilities can be used to buy techniques. Techniques range from E-S rank as well. E rank spells/techniques fire off quickly but are weak as opposed to S rank techniques/spells fire off slowly but are very strong.
Note: Spells must be chanted even E ranked spells. Though generally speaking, E-Ranked spells are one word spells anyway.
Perks:
Abilities sometimes generally have passive skills that give bonuses to a character. ALL perks are determined by me and once I give them, there will be no re-rolls.
Please be sure to define your ability out clearly so I can assess your character's perks. I like to think myself reasonable though and I will allow for more perks as you rank up so if you don't get a perk you want at first, it may come with maturation.
Mixing
Mixing is when you take points from different abilities and using them to buy a technique and skill that incorporates both aspects of the abilities that are used. Mixing has no Extra costs so you go about it as normal.

Gaia Tree
The Center of the school. It is a very large tree and old tree, said to be as old as the planet itself. Nobody actually knows the truth but they all know that this tree is both beautiful and amazing. They say if you wish hard enough under the tree, you will have one wish come true.
The Plaza
This is another central area, located directly around the tree. Many vendors other recreational sites are around here. This is where you can relax, enjoy your food and just cut loose. It's a pretty lively place through the day. Especially during events.
Library Island
An Island made to hold a single library. It has a compendium of books that would leave the avid reader into bliss and ecstasy. The librarian is said to have a very powerful magic that causes complete silence if one cannot keep their mouths shut. But the best part about this place is that it's not even fully explored yet.
Science District
This is where both the Science Club building is as well as the Computer Researchers Club meets. Here are all kinds of explosions and hoopla. It's quite a dangerous place here and egos are never at a minimum.
The Gymnasium
The Sports club meet here. Many athletic events take place here. They have a facility for just about every sport both outdoor and indoor. Swimming pools for competing and recreation along with a sauna and workout area for exercise.
Grand Stage (The Auditorium)
The music club and the art clubs meet here. Any performances and the like are put on here. The art club meets in the attic of the Auditorium and do their work. Plays are produced here and assemblies as well.
The Labyrinth
A large maze made of shrubbery and other things. It has been placed off limits due to its complexity and danger. They have lost students in that maze and teachers as well. There is a seal placed on the entrance that only a few hold the key to unlock. But there is a rumor that within the maze holds a treasure so powerful, it could change our world forever.
Olympus Castle
This is the castle you are able to when you first enter into the campus. This is where all of the offices are, as well as some classrooms and etc. Other than enchanting you with its allure, it doesn't really have any special purposes. But if you want something to think about, there is this sword in a stone right in front of you at its entrance. Most see it as a symbol of the fairy tale world you are about to walk into. Others just like the declaration. There have been a few who have tried to pull it out but they all fail and then get in trouble for trying to destroy property.
Fighting Arena
A grand stage to the east of the campus. This is where the Fight Club meets and holds it's meetings. There are different rooms for different styles of fighting, armed and unarmed. All the way at the top is a stadium where the Fight Club Invitational is held. It's a beautiful sight to see.

When it comes to entertainment, the school relies on the likes of this club to handle things. This club is the place for those who enjoy music in any shape and form. Your talents won't go to waste. Many well known musicians have come from this school.
Fight Club
The Fight Club was once a bunch of different martial arts clubs. They were always competing with each other to see who was superior, which makes sense. The problem was that their battles were turning into an all out war and were getting too dangerous to be called just skirmishes. That is, until the current Number 3 took the scene and with his fist alone, unified all of the martial arts clubs into a single fight club. They started holding all of their fights inside of a specially made building and, eventually gave way to the "Fight Club Invitational". An event where anyone can participate in a week long tournament and the winner becomes the new president of the fight club by being granted the chance to face the Number 3.
Sports Club
Aegis Academy, sadly, is not connected to any school district. Plus, with the student body being filled with non-humans on top of humans with "talent" it would be completely unfair to compete against other schools. So instead of creating a bunch of sports clubs, they created one and played different sports throughout the year within the school's vast population, they have a slew of intramural teams that compete with each other tournament style in various sports from basketball to tennis and even ping pong.
Art Club
The Art Club is for those who view the world as a giant painting and can see the beauty in the ugly. Well that is what you would think if you listen to the club president, Number 14 Sakuryu Amya. If you like to paint, sculpt, or draw things, this is the place for you where your imagination and the world can interact with each other. Sometimes even come to life.
Science Club
If ever there were a conglomeration of smart asses, this would be the place. Not only does everyone here pursue science, but some of them have this elite at attitude about them. On top of that, they are always competing to see who is the smartest and try to dethrone the sitting president, Number 9 Reggie. Mostly because Reggie is a lazy ass.
Library Club
The Library Club is quite large. It takes a lot of people to maintain a library that is it's own island. So the Library Club was created to not only keep up the library, but also to explore it's many mysteries.
Computer Research Club
Creating and maintaining secrecy. Keeping surveillance over the entire know area of the school. Being jerks to your hard drive. The Computer Research club is a place for techies to come in and go wild with the programs. So many video games, app, and operating systems have come from here.
Astronomer's Club
There is so much more to the stars than Constellations and pretty twinkling. At least that is what they say in Astronomy class. Well, a few students have gotten together and created this club, just to see if they can figure out the mystery of the stars and universe at hand.

Disciplinary committee of the school. The rank Number 2 student, Masamune Satsuki is now in charge of it. They are brutal and upfront about it. All means of student discipline go through her and if you step out of line her sword will swift make you fall back in. Though scuffles within the schools happen, they are still not wanted. Plus you have theft, vandalism, and the occasional infiltration.
Student Council
The top 12 Students in the school make up the student council. It is not always the best idea but it is what the Headmaster/Principle wants. I guess he feels the strongest should always stand at the forefront of the school. Instead of lazing away being being good for nothings.
Red Dogs
Delinquents that chose a name because of their leader and pack mentality. They are your classic thugs that skip classes, vandalize buildings and bully people. You need bullies in school settings or it doesn't feel like a school.
Black Suns
This is another group but they are in direct opposition to the white knights. They cause havoc within the school either doing the jobs of the white knights or making their jobs worse. It is not uncommon for the knights and the suns to battle it out during class time, or any time for that matter.
Top 100 List
These are the school top students in terms of power and skill. The rankings are determined by a battle royal where all of the returning, high school level children battle it out to see who is on top. Determinants vary but are pretty consistent. Though, in order to keep the random fights in school down a little, they decided to only allow a changing of ranks during the Battle Royal and any other time the ranks are not affected.
