I'm surprised no one recommended "Jin" yet but heres the synopsis.

 

a doctor from the future gets transported back in time and he and he starts inventing many different medicines and saving people in the process.

 

This novel was made into a manga and a TV series in Japanese and Korean.

 

Note: highly recommended for people to watch the Japanese tv series for this, its one of the best shows i seen from japan by far,

i've read jin and watched the dorama version too, nobunaga no chef is a good recommendation have a manga and dorama too, other one is team medical dragon that also have manga and dorama

I have noticed something though. There seem to be a ton more 18+ green labeled titles than I last remembered. Are all of these confirmed to have adult rated content? For example Knights & Magic seems to be a perfectly innocent tale of mecha shounen reincarnation action, but it's in green. I haven't noticed anything explicit in Yomigaeri no Maou either etc. Are there adult scenes in the future? I only have access to what has been translated so I can't know for sure.

Concerning this, I have taken it upon myself to label any of those titles that have a <15> warning from the raws with the 18+ green. I have also changed titles tagged as Mature from RRL as such. Just for good measure, mind you.

Hm, I understand what you're asking of me, but some of the titles that have <15> warnings feature 18+ content as well, so it can be hard to differentiate, as you say. Perhaps I should make a notice of this change in the opening post.
