Been thinking about doing a Kaneki Cosplay, (his most recent look) and also make a half-kakuja version too. (Might wait a bit though because he might go full kakuja soon and if he does I'd like to do that)

I've never done any cosplay or making/getting clothes/material before so I'm not sure how to go about it.

Any advice or input would be appreciated! :>

I've managed to gather up all the clothing he wears via amazon. I'll list them shortly. But the main thing would be the kakuja mask and kagune. Have no idea how I should go about doing those.

And I guess other cosplay stuff can go in here too. Pictures and etc...

I would make the Kagune by myself with papier-mâché
If nothing else works then I would make the kakuja mask the same way

paper mache huh... thanks, Sounds good, though will it look like rough/solid or metallic?

I imagine the Kakuja mask to be kinda metallic looking/feeling.

Honestly there are a lot better places to ask for cosplay advice than the batoto forums.

And since this is your first cosplay i'd suggest first getting the clothes right and then start thinking about the kakuja and whatnot.
