I might do some translations for the light novels.

If anything I would like some decent translations for 法斯诺行省 and 诺丁城. Best I've been able to manage so far is Far Snow Province and Notting City.

Might be a little late.

Doesn't seem to me that either of the 2 have an actual meaning. Note that since I haven't actually read the chinese raws yet, I don't know how other cities (or provinces) are named (by sound or by meaning?)

I liked the Far Snow province and i can't think of anything better.

诺丁城 Could also be Nording, nor Northing even, especially if the city is located in the north. Otherwise, Notting/Nothing works as well.

Nope, Fasinuo is on the southern border of the northern empire. I think I'll stick with a straight transliteration, as chapter 14 introduces some new places and gives them nonsense names as well.
