I'm still wondering as to why he hasn't approached that Witch of Massacre to try and learn some stuff from her.. especially when it comes to those magic theories, her knowledge and natural abilities might prove to be a goldmine for him to advance his skills.

Like others mentioned here already, combining elements into his mana based skills. Heck, stuff like Ice Barriers and Fire Auras might actually become possible.

 

I really wish he starts stepping it up a bit more, think outside the box and get the gist of combining/infusing his skills/mana together or into other things.

Although at least so far that's not an actual skill, it's the one thing I really wish him to see working on.

personally i don't like de *itch of slaughter, and i think he's right not approaching her. if sung ah is a mage better to have her help you, and learn by yourself from the book, forget real magic just develop the han jee han style system, then you can make a id with this "-20% to those not possessing the gamer mind, -20% to those not possessing the gamer body, all Non han-jee-han style skills are at -30%" so his normal skills will be at -30% and all his personal skills 100% while the opponent his always at -70%

He needs to rise his INT for this probably, i mean he is still level 20. He probably needs way more int to come up with this ideas and to be able to do this stuff.

don't think so. Sure he can already do it. albeit he already created spells and his int is already good. for example he can already create various semi-complex thing pure arcane or with components he already has, earth, lifedrain, etc... for a handy summonable teacher he's got noum, he can try and mimick the earth spells of his elemental, sure it will be handy, the spirit is old and knowledgable afterall. (as some stated, noum has a really wide range of multipurpose earth ability which she cast without your mana when summoned) you could play around with her in a training illusion barrier trying to understand and redo her spell or simply train in magic bouts and improvisation, both defensive and offensive with her, leveling it while raising elemental skill just by having her summoned. as she obey order she would probably spar more seriously with you than your best friend, who wouldn't want to beat you to a pulp, exept if he's twisted...who know

1. ID Create/Escape (Both trained at the same time)

ID Escape allows him to get away from instances. The higher level, the better he can run away from enemies even higher level than him. ID Create gives him the slow time instance allowing him to train better.

2. Bind: 

The ability to run away and fight another day.

3. Observe:

 If he observed all the high lvl people hes run into. Chunbunmoon Elder, Dark Summoner, Manager of Abyss Auction, The Witch etc... He could better strategize how he wants to level up his stats and skill. I think someone said it perfectly, Info is King.

4. Summon Elemental:

Its utilitarian. rock shield, rock hand thats kinda like a CC... and it makes for a decent offensive ability to help kill mobs to level up.

5. Physical Endurance plus Yunhon Soul Recovery:

I know its cheap to combine these 2, but it makes sense to me. Let a zombie naw on you... Level up physical endurance.... then heal yourself. Anyways, physical endurance is my 5th pick because it will help if he is up against multiple enemies. He can ignore the physical lower level fooder and CC the caster to escape.

6. Other Skills (Outside original topic paramaters)

He should put lots of energy into obtaining many skills. Lockpick would be great using shapped mana cause if he gets caught and shackled he can escape.... even if he never trained it before, and was lvl 0, as long as he had it he could lvl it up during captivity.

 

Process of elimination

Not Chunbun Outer Ki Technique Good because of the Vitality and stamina recovery rates, but its passive only so harder to grind. (How would you lvl it up anyways)

Not Chunbun Spirit Technique....  100% of 6 stat points is only 6 stat points. Better to buy armor from Abyss AH. If he evenly distributed his stat points then I would re-consider this.

Not Life Drain: Good for sustained farming, but without lots of vitality, 1 hit he is dead anyways.

Not Mana Shield: Although a great skill, and could take some hits expecially with higher mana regen rate, but it doesn't help him escape.

Not Chunbun Foot Techinque Although great for running away he is currently to slow for the % increase to make enough difference in surviving an encounter.

This leaves:

Physical Endurance and Summon Elemental and spinning mana arrow

true about outer ki technique read the wikia again it's a passive, mixed it up. thought outer was the one activable for the bonus of strength dex, and breathing was the one that got meditation included. if so i'm gonna change my list on page one a tad.

 

and shit right first five real skills should be this.

 

1.  knowledge about the abyss (culture and shit).

2.  knowldge about your game mechanics and limits (inventory, options etc).

3. Mercantile Skill (buy low, sell high, have happy customer)

4. negotiation skill  (ensure they listen, they let you walk back alive and they're glad to deal with you)

5. Yunhon soul recovery or Craft or remove curse or alchemy or something marketable ^^

 Love this idea. I would never have thought of it. Massive Han-Jee-Han debuff aura.
