Because the scanlators are temporarily too busy with real life to commit the hours and hours necessary to complete scanlations. It happens. They always catch up eventually. No need to panic. :\

You're welcome, reducing the pressure on both the scanlators and the readers is part of the reason I'm doing the summaries. (the main reason being personal curiosity, of course >_>)
