I would want to be a creature that is human-like with good regeneration abilities so that I can always heal from any damage and maybe even become immortal xD.

My first thought of this.... was one of those Re-Generators from Resident Evil 4 haha...
Scariest shit to just pop out of nowhere when out of ammo.
Regenerates, human like....and Immortal-ish~

I want to be Planaria worm because because they are both easy and hard to kill and they have really good regeneration. Lost a head? No problem I can regenerate that, lost my torso NO problemo I can regenerate that too. So in a sense I can live forever so long there is food and the enviroment is just right

A sloth. Being able to sleep while hanging from a tree branch with stout claws would be great. Growing algae in my fur would be sort of like being solar powered. At least I'd be helping make my own oxygen.
Downside: being too sluggish to groom away the ticks and fleas.

Probably a bird of some kind. I'd be a phoenix, if I could get a guarantee I wouldn't be imprisoned in a lab somewhere - being able to fly forever would be amazing.
