Actually, trivias:

1. There is only one dungeon in the world.

2. The Dungeon City "Orario" is centered around "Babel," the white tall tower that covers the dungeon below. The city is surrounded by high walls.

3. The guild manages the dungeon. Eina the receptionist is a half-elf.

4. The currency unit is barisu.

5. MC Bell Kranel is using a short sword (or a knife) which cost him 3600 barisu, loaned by the guild.

6. Adventurers have to register at the guild to enter the dungeon.

7. There is no portal in the dungeon. You just have to move on your feet.

8. The elf who defended Bell Kranel in chapter 2 is Reberia, She

ran from their home together for an adventure in Orario.

9. As of chapter 2, Bell Kranel has Lv. 1The minotaur has Lv. 2, and Aizu Wallenstein has Lv. 5, the highest level so far.

10. Aizu's choice of weapon is a sabre.

11. Gods and goddess got tired of their perfect yet boring life in the heaven, and decided to immigrate to the lower Earth where they founded their own RPG: "Have the same position and power as children of God, and live the way they would."

12. "Familia" is a clan under a god or goddess. Familia member get blessing from their god, and the god is financially supported by them in return. As of chapter 2, Hestia Familia have only one member, Bell Kranel.

13. Hestia recently moved down from the heaven. She had lived off her friend goddess,

until the latter got sick and tired of Hestia for being a lazy bum doing nothing but reading books shortly before chapter 1.

14. Hestia and Bell live on the underground floor in an abandoned church that was given to her by her friend and ex-sponsor,

15. The shower room in Hestia's place is located right next to the bed. Calling it a room is an overstatement because it is barely separated from the bedroom, only by a white wooden door.

16. Bell is the fastest-growing explorer ever in term of stats. Before he shows up, the record was held by Aizu Wallenstein.

17. On page 18, chapter 3, Hestia already went out looking for Bell around the city once. She is going out in search of him again for the second time.

18. As of the manga chapter 2 page 19, Aizu doesn't care about Bell. No feelings - AT ALL FOR NOW. She remembers Bell because she has an excellent memory; she thinks "Bell..." only because the maid called him when he ran away.

19. War shadows are like human silhouettes in black, 160cm tall in general. They have two long arms, three fingers each, and their fingers are almost like sharp knives. They crawl faster than goblins or kobolds and swing their fingers. They drop a "War Shadow's Finger Knife," which Bell equips in chapter 3.

20. Magic stones are used to manufacture various artifacts, such as refrigerators, light bulbs, and lighters, in primitive forms.

Do you know if the LN being translated?

We did 5 pages of an extra episode at the end of LN vol 1. Well, the LNs are fun to read, better than 90% of garbage out there, but it is a generic dungeon fantasy with a strong-willed MC and a harem of hot chicks. It is not worth my time and efforts, let alone my English can't handle it.

Ah, was hoping some LN site like baka-tsuki was on it, since an MC in a harem story that isn't meek is rather rare.

How can bell level up

Bell's every stat is determined by the letters carved by Hestia on Bell's back. (That's how it works in this fantasy world)

Bell kills a lot of monsters, meets a lot of fellow dungeon explorers, and has a lot of life experiences and more. Hestia updates his stats, and when it is appropriate, he levels up.

Actually, Hestia can level him up anytime by using her godly power, but remember: those goddesses are sort of playing a RPG here, so they respect their own rules.

Oh, well, I don't know about it... It's selling very well in Japan, and if someone is interested in it, he'll TL it. =D

I just checked baka-tsuki's forums, and it looks like it might get translated soon. 3 Translators have expressed interest in translating it, and in the forums, there's about 200 votes for it being translating. All 100% of them are for yes.

Also, apparently the manga is super fast-paced compared to the LN, abnormally so. Apparently Chapter 1 Manga = 70 pgs of LN. (And isn't that usually like half a volume of an LN?).

No it takes around 4-5 chapters to equal a volume of the LN even then some cases it takes more.

Cool.
By the way, I couldn't care less about such a poll. I mean, who doesn't want something extra at virtually no cost? It all comes down to 'is there someone willing to TL it or not?'

A Dungeon LN is 300-350 pages per volume on average. Since a manga chapter covers nearly a LN chapter so far in this specific case, the manga is not super-paced.

Ah, a lot longer than most LNs I've read then I think, unless baka-tsuki drastically shortens it up when they translate.

And usually, people will vote no if they think the LN isn't worth translating (translator time being better spent translating other LNs), it is admittedly the norm for majority of votes to always be yes though.

Oh, just thought of this but, when you said Bell is the fastest ever growing explorer in terms of stat growth, was that before or after he got the Skill: "Single-Minded Pursuit"?

Because judging by the reaction of Eina's friend/coworker at the Guild, reaching Floor 5 in 15 days is pretty amazing by itself, especially solo.

After he got the skill.

Still, as you pointed out, going to the fifth floor solo (which means he fought alone, he travelled alone, and he couldn't share any equipment with other familia members) within 15 days is quite an accomplishment. Almost a suicide mission.

21. Ganesha Famila, who hosted the banquet of gods in chapter 4, is one of the largest factions in Orario.

22. There are cat-ears, dog-ears, wolf-ears and rabbit ears.

Is there an example where non-combat training, such as weightlifting, was used to gain stat points?

Or is it only combat, and combat skill usage that accrue points?

What are the rules? Can Hestia hold back on leveling Bell up, but keep increasing his stats?

she only updates the stat he gains from his experience in the dungeon, as to whether she can add any special ability extra to what he had, time will only tell. By the way the Yen On has license the LN, so it might come out in English this winter of 2014. http://www.yenpress.com/2014/04/sakura-con-2014-announcements-new-licenses/#comments
