One's is the original webcomic. Murata (of Eyeshield 21) teamed up with One to re-make OnePunch-Man with better art. The new, better looking version is very faithful to the original. The new version has extra stories and chapters though than the original but you can skip ahead with One's original webcomic if you want to know what happens. :>
