I feel dirty for actually looking forward to this anime... 
Meh, idk; it's one of those things that you have absolutely no idea why it's appealing but for some reason it is.
A nation with a Mahou Shoujo army is something to be feared, not only for the star system busting power output; but the ridiculous amounts of flashing colors.

Incest, gore, good art and a MC that´s not a pussy. It´s obvious why an anime adaptation of this manga is appealing.

The art is way too awesome.
The gore is delicious, on top of it, a nice background story of MCs
Incest (Possible, I think?) is an extra on top of it
The PV alone made me excited, I can't wait for it

but the manga is so awesome. And the PV kina humorous "Onii-chan~" xD
But concerning the scheduling, I saw that its in the Anime chart for winter 2014 which starts januar I think

Is the anime worth watching?
No.
There was an entire episode of just "onii-chan... onii-chan..."
Too bad they ruined it, Pupa had some potential.
