After the facebook fiasco, I really don't want to support facebook connect anymore. I never actually liked it (from legal point, privacy point and development point), but had it because it was convenient for many users. But now I really don't like it.

On top of that, facebook, just a week ago emailed me of a "breaking change" and that my facebook app would require an update from my end before Feb 4th, otherwise it may not work. Well, thank you for the notice facebook, it already wasn't working and I'm very grateful for less than a week's notice you have chosen to give me. And thank you for not only deprecating but ceasing support on an implementation that's only 2 years old (compared to likes of Google/MSFT that would give 6~10yrs... ubuntu's LTS on ~15 years total).
/end sarcasm.

So... I'm just not going to use it.

Once again, ex-facebook users can retrieve their account by 2 methods outlined in the previous announcement.

well i made an account here with facebook but i never used it so i guess i'll leave it to rot... ho

Good thing I linked both facebook and twitter, when one doesn't work just switch to another lol
