Save it as that , then go to the folder where its saved. You will have 2 new things there. 1st is a link to the page , 2nd is a folder with all the images of the page.

Right click... save as... lol
But wait, you say you can't right click?!?
For firefox:
Options > Content > Advanced (beside javascript checkbox) > UNCHECK Disable or replace context menus
For Chrome:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/allow-right-click/hompjdfbfmmmgflfjdlnkohcplmboaeo?hl=en
For Opera:
Preferences > Advanced > Content > Javascript Options > UNCHECK Allow scripts to detect context menu events
For IE:
Why are you using IE?
Enjoy!
I hate it when sites override my right click.

I've saved the files with Opera, Chrome, and Firefox.
Firefox was most comfortable for me, with the other two missing (chrome) or renaming (opera) files.
For firefox it's under the preferences (click top left) -> Save Page as -> make sure you've selected "web page complete".
That'll save a file and a folder. I you look into the folder that was saved you'll find all your images.
