can you help me find this certain alien manga,
the situation is this alien girl with robotic arms(connected to her backpack) comes to earth and found this guy. I think that guy is an esper and his power is so great so that alien girl scouted him to help their people win a war or something. however the guy's teacher(female, the enemy faction of the girls race/people) was observing him for a long time so they got into a fight and at the ending a meteor was about to hit earth so the guy somehow found the courage to destroy it however he used too much power that his powers were gone sot the two girls(teacher and the scout) went back home at the end the guy screamed the girl's(scout) name then confessed his love for her when he thought that she would not come back( fortunately the girl came back and heard the whole thing)

well thats it oh the teacher was a scientist and the scout was a melee specialist.
