Almost think a few scan groups should gather to create best practices in the process of providing a scanlation. Then with a hub spot of aggreed upon info one can start the process of training for the other positions besides translator. Going to guess this is established somewhere just unfound by me as of yet.

true, most groups train their new members. but different groups have different standards; never heard of any 'agreed upon info'...

@Kannade Yeah good point, I can find various methods from groups. Perchance average them out or whatnot. Some other research into processes such as food transforming (think almond milk or sprouted, dehydrated, almonds to make almond milk) There's a lot out there and with many methods.. kind of hard to find the optimum method. Or you do but its easy to get confused by another claiming optimum results. Reckon I'm reading too much into it though.
