Will of NGE
As a game, Dark Souls 2 is great, no doubt about it. And the three DLC are worth playing. Is the game worth a purchase? Yes. Is it worth being a sequel do Dark Souls and related to Demon's Souls? No.
The life gems and graphical downgrade from what was presented at E3 are the two biggest gameplay and visual mistakes FROM made.
Then there is AGL stat which improves item usage speed and better invincibility frames when dodging as well as shield recovery after getting hit.

Yeah. Eleum Loyce is my favorite area in Dark Souls II. It felt like Dark Souls with all the shortcuts and how you could go to places you can see. Unlike in all of Dark Souls II (minus DLC, but Eleum Loyce was the best).
