I used the exercise bike today. Halfway through, I felt like giving up, but after I hit the 10 minute mark, it felt great, I even wanted to continue! Maybe one of the reasons of my demotivation was lack of physical activity? Or rather, it reminds me of the passion that I used to have during training?

    now now, im from the future, and i know this stuff(lol). basically some things in your brain releases a happy feeling/pheromones in you when you exercise enough. the happythings also get released when: you eat, you have sex or in general experience satisfaction or exercise an otherwise enormous amount (relative to what your normal activity level is ofc)

    thats what i got taught in PE and biology-class at least :/
