Well, as to older woman in a position of power, I'd say it's pretty clear this is one of those cases where the specifics give the lie to the general, normally accurate, presumptions about power relationships between teacher and student. Really, who's the most powerful in that relationship? The ethics is also hazier than usual for such a relationship given that she isn't actually a teacher in an instructional sense, she's just the school nurse. She has no control over anyone's marks or anything.
Taboo, though, sure. But if you want me to go "Oh no! That's so terrible of them!" . . . sorry. Doesn't bother me.

She's an older woman in a position of power over him- doesn't this strike anyone as taboo?
By dating a student she's behaving unethically- doesn't this strike someone as wrong?
