Oh, you can still read it for free. Just not in english. The raws are openly available for free, but translating it yourself and posting that? Oh no, that's "illegal" as Viz apparently owns the copyright to the entire english language.

you cannot read it for free anymore, but you can go to the Viz website and read it there if you buy or subscribe for the issues of Weekly Jump. It's pretty much caught up ( I think maybe one chapter behind or something) and it would support more releases in the US.

And VIZ is a subsidiary of Shueisha and Shogakukan, fuck them for publishing manga to begin with and going the extra length to publish it in English?

You're getting the concept of aggregator sites and scanlation groups terribly wrong.
If you guys didn't expect this, "Welcome to Batoto", I guess? I do know this site's good points, but deleting chapters of good manga is pretty much it's trademark by now.
It's a good time to visit the scanlator sites for updates (if there's still any) instead.
