First, Animum Mutare, the group that released this chapter, is not affiliated with Index, and thus you raging for more Index here is utterly pointless. Overload and Riceballicious are the groups working on Index.
Second, it is rude and disrespectful to say something like that when a group has put their hard work in to scantalating the chapters. These groups are giving their free time to do this. Be grateful you're getting chapters of anything at all.
And lastly, I personally enjoy Railgun more than Index. Don't go calling it trash and garbage please
I bet there're gonna be anime original episodes again. Unlikely it would take from the Index timeline, or even the side stories, and may take an arc or two from the manga~

@qber yeah.. even with the timeline.. I'm starting to read the LN right now, and rewatching the anime and rereading the manga.
Heck. Index Anime and LN was fine. But Index Anime + Railgun anime + LN + Index manga + Railgun manga hurts my head. Even more because they overlap each other in terms of timeframe, and bunny-hop each other.
Dang I just realized something - I wanted Touma to negate the mind control but Touma was busy with his own stuff in the LN - so I guess Misaka won't get his knight in shining armor this time?
thing become kind of awkward to put together when you need to think about 22+4+6 novels, 2+1 anime seasons and 2 mangas all adding stuff and pretty much doing whatever the heck they want.
