Moteki

Being fair to the Natsuki character though, it's not like she's hiding anything. In the flashback portion of this, if he wasn't so infatuated with her it'd be pretty clear what the deal with her is. After all, it does take two to tango.

Honestly, Doi Aki is the only woman that is in love with the MC from the start of the series.
Itsuki was in love with his best friend and only falls for the MC later on.
Natsuki's a bitch who doesn't and will never love him (she has her own reasons for calling him).
Fourth woman...she's more of a good friend that helps him with his love troubles and it was never implied that she actually loved him (which is sad because I wanted her to be the "final girl")

but instead of them liking him for no reason they are chasing their own selfish desires instead. The first girl is after some kind of a revenge. The second girl was actually in love with his now married friend.

I find this very refreshing. Unfortunately, it's somewhat predictable that this will become a generic harem soon somehow...

The drama ends with him being dumped by every woman, however he accpts this and decides to become someone else's Moteki. HOWEVER in the manga there's a short timeskip where it is implied that he meets and gets back together with Doi Aki.

Atleast he ends up with the girl he likes in the movie, while crap is being thrown at him left and right in the live drama. If the live drama follows the manga, then it really sucks, as I watched him get trashed by the girls he likes (Natsuki and Aki). There was the part where he finally lost his virginity, but to Natsuki's sister which was pretty funny and sad. But yeah his best friend is pretty much a slut.
