It came in the scanned volumes we used, yes. It was in the place of the usual omake so I guess it was not included in the magazine releases.
That epilogue- Did it only come out in the manga?

One thing I love about twisted hel's releases, is that they provide artworks before the actual chapter starts. Ishida's art is so good that i must have it. Thank you! Also, thank you so much for providing the proper translations in the last chapter. Imperial Scans version left me confused and a bit fustrated. Especially Touka's and Arima's lines. Thank you! I loved every single chapter.
Really? It was the other way for me. I liked the series up until halfway in when it finally blew me away in terms of the quality of the story.
At some point, there were several translations by different groups, so there's a chance they were taken down. Twisted Hel Scans should be about to get at them, though, and it's worth it to wait for them.
Chapters 131 & 132 are missing.
Character appear out of nowhere? Isn't that common in every manga? Disappeared for no reason? A..Are we reading the same manga?? Probably not.
The first half was really good, the other half is so meh, like a shadow compared to the first half. Too many character just appear out of nowhere, act hight and mighty then either just disappeared for no reason, or got killed, or maybe forgotten by the author?
