First off, sorry for the delay. Had some problems with the raws/raw provider so ended up using public ones (after a looooong time of waiting.) This is the last chapter of vol 11, and first chapter of vol 12 shouldnt be as long of a wait.

it ends at chapter 60 and another chapter for epilogue.

Even the Jackies? :3 Now Ratman has to get stronger to ~almost~  beat his "brother" to the point where he approves of him just so he can go like "Do you know the one thing rats have?". Then he takes his 40card deck of Relentless Rats and throws it in his face to block his vision temporarily. As Sin regains his vision after hearing Shouto shouto "numbers!!!" loudly, he'll find himself surrounded by like 5million Ratman-turned Jackies (preferrably 39 to match the 40)

and pee in his synthetic cloth-like mutated excess skin, but to his dismay the Ratman-transformation has one yet unknown weakness and that is that it reacts with parts of itself when catalyzed by ammoniac and causes an exothermic chain-reaction that produces abysmal amounts of excess heat, which in turn causes several seperate reactions between components of the transformed suit to react and the resulting products to shed and dissipate leaving him without suit, which in the first turn used to be his skin. The process would take five minutes and cause him to cringe in a most excrutiating pain and die in the final crippled posture.

His skinless corpse's exterior meat was cooked to perfection by the hot gasses contained by the suit before it started leaking; as Shouto approaches the meat gives off a sweet and irresistably delicious fragrance that forces Shouto to indulge it with tears in his eyes, which by dropping and landing on the meat further season the meal that once called him a brother... Ah I should stop.

But they should be smart enough to not shoot weak defenseless and most importantly VALUABLE lead scientists of the project they want to steal... Or they could at least have used tranquilizer guns if they were too incompetent to handle unarmed scientists without weapons...

Or they could just...  try to talk to them first?

(Of course, the bigger problem is how science in manga is always performed secretly in hidden labs, and instantly performs ridiculous leaps which nobody else can possibly follow.  In reality, they could just download the scientists' research papers off of JSTOR and repeat it themselves -- or, after seeing their results, use the same sources and papers they did to try and repeat their experiments until they got the same result.)
