Cuteness overload, this a mix up between love so life and some cat manga. Kittens+babies are overpowered in cuteness, it can melt nearly everyone's heart.
I about died from an overdose of adorable

Other than that I think ZeKeR said it best that there is a cuteness overload in this manga
