Generally because these things are written by Otaku types. (or whatever the Korean equivalent is)
They have very little experience in dealing with real people, outside the Otakusphere. And in their little communities, there is no criticism and they constantly praise each other on their tits and ass drawings.
I really find this manhwa unpleasant and uncomfortable, and I'm the type that usually mocks these types of things for the male being a wimp and the girls all being prudes that seem to dislike sex.
Why does it seem so hard for these manhwas and mangas to hit a healthy medium? It's always ridiculously one way or the other.

And once again, I have encountered yet another series with the most often misspelled word in the scanlation community. I just can't imagine why some groups keep misspelling "separate" as "seperate". I still remember over half a century ago when my third grade teacher used her wooden ruler across our knuckles while declaring this mnemonic to us: " There is 'a rat' between 'sep' and 'e' in the word, 'separate'!!!"
Of course, the group's proofreader may have been distracted from his job by the chronic fapping needed to properly appreciate the artwork in this series...
