ShindoL's Barrier Free, as well as Fragile and Tough are awesome... Also most of what Shiwasu no Okina does ever, for starters. Udon-ya's art also kicks so much ass that it will freeze your hand mid-motion.
Es Tonari no Heya is also a personal favorite, perfect blend of humor, awesome and breathtaking art.
But really, lurk around, try a lot of things, you'll find something that pulls on your heartstrings like nothing else, but it won't necessarily be someone else's thing.
Also some are so sweet/fun that you don't want to fap to them. Either too busy laughing to do it or the porn part seems almost redundant and would've been a good one-shot doujin without it.
