I think I'll be more interested in this once they get around to explaining how the brother's alive and there's some actual interaction with people from the first story.
I thought that the previous MC was Yuuma who was acting as Ataru?
Well, from what I understand, the publication got switched over to another magazine, so they decided to perspective-swap. The last chapter of the original publication ended with the implication that the brother was alive, so now we're getting his story -- So far it's building to kind of be an inversion, with "Yuuma" already showing signs of being a lot more merciless than "Ataru".
Presumably, they'll switch perspectives back once we get past the third game, but that's still a while away.
WTF? How can this be called a sequel when its prequel is still not finished?
I think this is alternative route that the author set up where Yuuma has a (not so loyal) girlfriend instead of a sister.
So, after reading Real Account and the first chapter of this,
Dude, read the chapter until the end, it will be worth it.
The story didn't actually restart, the first chapter is from the viewpoint of Yuuma, our previous MC's brother

Yeah, part 1 ended with 10 chapters then the series moved to WSM (like Kamisama no Iutoori did a few years ago)
