Now, I cannot attest to any part of this manga besides the art but for all that...
For the first time in all of anime history of all the world in the entire universe the misunderstandings did not result in physical violence and the main character of a seinen ecchi manga QUICKLY resisted not only exposed sleeping girl but sleepy 69! Wuuuuuuut? Where is the Japan we know and that makes us slightly uncomfortable?
I read and the art looked familiar. I finally realize who the author was when I saw the panties.
The last work with Youkai I read was The Zashiki Warashi of Intellectual Village, here's to hoping it is of the same quality.

That was great ecchi fan service but if you cut out the last 5 or so pages, this has absolutely nothing to do with youkai/ghosts.
Both supernatural and sci fi in one manga, that's rare. So far, no sign of sci fi
