Eh that happens all the time. Could be baking items theme naming (ie Dog Days naming everybody after desserts) or just line of sight naming (I remember several authors confessing to coming up with names for their characters on the spot when their editors pressed them for a name).
I'm sure the author only wrote it to make fun of cats' weird habits
I like it.
But realizing I read the 44 first chapters last week all at once thinking it was a single one... and now I'll only get to read it one at a time... ergh.
By the way, anybody else noticed the strange names? Coco, Sesame, Milk... (except Maria, and the adults I guess)
Looks like the big one-eyed monsters "eat" the color of what they catch (the snake turned white)... and then it turns into a many-eyed monster (we saw the mouse being followed by a cyclop) ?

Just giving a look to it to see what was this title i never heard about before, I have been surprised by that story.
The lovecratian elements are really building the atmosphere very well, and that's probably what took me by surprise the most as the art style was really misleading on my first look i would never have imagined what was going to show up after a couple of panels.
I really want to know what's happening in there now
