in chapter 34, i'm happy he sold the core with 3 times the "usual prices".....usually in the isekai the MC will sell in the "usual prices" because "sudden goodwill"

There was a system like 'truth officer' in the WN, so i'm guessing they have the magic tool to determine lies or something on the LN

The guy you quoted wasn't really talking about a specific game per se (even though he used CoD as an example), he was referring to physics engines commonly used in FPS games and how it plays out when you're lagging and others aren't. 300 ms refers to the speed it takes a simple ping packet to make a round trip to the server and back, and ms is short for milliseconds in this context. 300 ms would mean quite a lot of lag, which would put a delay on everything you do. So if you're a player with 300 ms facing another player with 10 ms, then everything you do, including the split-second decisions to fire your weapon, would all have a delay and the target would get time to move from where you see the target because the server's data and the data in your client isn't synchronized when your ping is high, and the target would also be sending their commands from the client faster to the server than you.

Or in other words, imagine trying to hit The Flash with a simple handgun, it'd kind of be similar (not entirely, but kind of).

It's also added weight, and unless they're nearly out of food it'll slow them down considerably (remember that Satou is still hiding his powers from the girls at this stage, which is why he refused their offer to escort him when he went back to the alchemist). And leaving them on the side of the road to rot invites predators, scavengers, and disease, which is a terrible idea.

In this case, the only other option would have been to cremate them, possibly using the wood from the wagon, but that would have taken about as much time as burying them.
