well, I guess I have hit the point even I will have to say it's time to drop it. I mean...I pretty much skipped most of the previous chapter because it was TLDR and now I just have to read the comments to see that this one will be painful to read as well.

It's a shame. I really tried to defend this series, having had hopes for it. I thought this could be about a realistic and cynical main character. Something I could understand and get behind on. Sadly, it's just a hentai doujin meets gary stue crossbreed and nothing more. I give up. Unfollowed.

I wonder it too. We can't have Nana to Kaoru ( which shows far less sexual content despite being about S&M and has far healthier relationships and plot) but we have this story.

Well, it seems to mostly depend on people who report stuff. And it seems, that some time ago here was some strong "Yaoi=yes, yuri&ordinary sex=no" fanbase, who kept either reporting stuff they did not like or something like that (there are like dozens of harem/smut/ecchi mangas blocked off batoto for being 18+, while loads of yaoi from the same time remaining). Or some mod or admin did that. Fangirls may be harbingers of horror, sometimes.

Even though this manga started pretty damn well (the construction and maintenance of a dungeon part especially and how to become a maouh with some smut here and there) now for several chapters it's just straight up mindless porn.

In any case the netori here is plain retarded honestly, at least the hero gal and disciple manipulation were interesting, here basically fucks them to submission. Only the warrior gal manipulation was reasonable both cleric and mage was facepalming..

Well I mean, this technically isn't NTR either, it's netori. Which is kinda why I think it's hilarious to see all these people all "oh man, I'm so cool and used to NTR, that I think this is fine." Guys, this ain't NTR and you aren't some edgy "jaded" cool dudes or whatever. It's netori, which is like NTR but for people who can't stand to see girls taken from the protagonist. Now personally, I think that people who like TRUE NTR are a bunch of cucks, but what do I know.

Arifureta. By chapter 62 of the story (unlikely the manga will ever get that far, though), the MC alone can mow down thousands of demon beasts using a magical minigun. By chapter 106, he uses a killsat to decimate an army of 100,000 demon beasts.

I'm never usually one for NTR, but this I can deal with since they don't really go deep into the backstory of those being stolen from.

after reading sengoku youko last chapter (76) I read this, I feel filthy, uggg not very good with NTR

and I was expecting more of this series, like the earlier chapters (sure some ecchi scenes here and there), but having a decent plot of him making his maze, practically making himself a demon lord but this chapters were have sex then destroy them, they weren't clever, even the match with wikia, 

think maybe I would drop this if I the next one mantains the same flow 

(and I know you don't care if I drop this or not, but it's just my opinion and maybe more people think the same)

You know, it's surprising how much I tend to mentally agree with that. It's not that I self insert or even necessarily get emotionally invested in the protagonist's struggles -- the second the identifiable protagonist get's NTR'd, I always feel at least a bit bitter. But I can read this no problem until the cows come home. 

I do feel sorry for this guy though.
