The lack of ahegao in chapter 41 disturbs me.
Yeah, my dad's cat is like this, timid around everyone apart from me...well I say me, all he does is nuzzle my armpit...
Thought the new kitty would be above the influence. Stupid me.
As a sidenote: I can attest to the veracity of this particular phenomenon. There is a cat at my friend's house who is absolutely timid... He rarely lets me pet him. But every time... EVERY SINGLE TIME, he will hang about my old shoes left near the front door and nuzzle them for hours on end.
Chapter 40 = win
This is terrifying.
In a not-creepy way I can relate though, having a depressed looking cat stare at you when you have to leave is an incredibly difficult thing to deal with.
