jokes apart, that was more erotic than hentai/ecchi, and since it had a good buildup it had more impact than more sex/gore/rape scenes we usually see in these pages. But as i just wrote on another comment section for another completely different manga and completely different situation, it's the magic of storytelling

Yea I can see where your reservations are coming from but I'd say they handled it pretty well, this is a pretty mature story so I think it'd be an overreaction to ban this series from just that chapter. Other series had situations that were pretty much rape like berserk or ubel blatt, granted their genres might be different so it might not be a very good comparison but my point is that there are worse things in Batoto I think.
I wasn't sure how Batoto's mods would react to this chapter. It's not pornographic as we would understand the term these days but the scene in question does involve an older person making overtly sexual advances to someone who is under-age, inexperienced, somewhat fixated on the older person and in a very confused state of mind generally due to their peculiar circumstances. That's what squicked me a bit. Something like that happened to me when I was about Kenji's age. It's not something that affected me much then or in later life but I know now what the other person was doing with me was not a good thing.

Oh boy here we go...We all anticipated this.
Warning: Potential spoilers ahead!
I really enjoyed chapter eleven, particularly the end. It's nice to see character growth, especially when it comes from characters you'd least expect. I admit, I was not very fond of Kenji's father, but it seems in his own way he's actually trying to care for Kenji. Clumsily, but frankly, parenthood is a clumsy process.

Chapter 11 was really cathartic, since it seems to clearly show that even the mangaka is aware that this is a horrible idea and that even if they had the tech to change a persons sex right down to the reproductive bits it wouldn't change their sexual preferences or how they thought of themselves.
Hmm well I'm now intrigued about the next chapter, hopefully it should be okay to upload it.
Anyways thanks a lot for the update Albedo, I've been liking this so far I love the slice of life feel to it.
