I have read like 300 or so mangas, and Maki's story (around Chapter 6) is the only story that truly made me sad enough to shed a tear or two...

So I guess this manga is number 1 in my book.

This is a great manga, it is way deeper than the synopsis would lead you to believe, after chapter 6 it goes to a way deeper level.
