I doubt that, most of the time it is an arrogant pretty boy "prince" that may have looks but the personality is crap, this time the looks match, though this does remind me of a teen titan episode with Starfire.

Well, given how he introduce himself, I can totally see why she doesn't want to marry him.
Unless in his race licking all over is a the equivalent of a man inviting a woman to luxurious dinner, wears an (insanely expensive) suits, and at the right moment pull out a ring and ask "Will you marry me?"
In which case he should learn her culture's ethic and do it right, with suit and ring, not licking.
(I mean, the licking can be done after they got married, not as a proposal)

No no no, it's going to take 3 hours to get back to his own world to help Satsuki, which means he had to save Harissa in that timeframe.

I can only predict the line or story based picture and my experience in reading manga (which is A LOT) ... it's not like I know the dialogue ... it's just I PREDICT AND GUESSING it ... (and I'm quite good in predicting manga plot and event)
