Not gonna lie, based on the series thus far, I was expecting Seike to accuse Misaka of being a dude, Misaka denying it and the Seike telling her that she must be lying because no girl would have a chest that small.
The rumors about him are that lurks in the night, defeats even the mightiest warriors, and take every girl he comes across no matter how young or old.
The novels did coment that he have been messing with the dark side since he entered Academy City.
Admiral Ackbar and Gandalf have something to say about Seike.
