Okay, after reading the first two chapters, this IS indeed the manwha adaptation of the card game Swords Girls Online. The 4 factions in the game are Vita, Academy, Crux and Darklore, so I'm excited for this already.

From the looks of it (yet to actually read it), it looks like the online card game called Sword Girls Online; as a matter of fact, I'm sure it is the manga adaptation of the game.
