i don't think this manga is about potty humor, even if the first chapter was one
P&SwG had its first chapter one of the most disgusting jokes i ever seen in anime, but i still laughed and it still was a great ride
speaking of which, as far as bizarreness goes, this is rather normal. no seriously, im not saying it hold no candle to stuff like a girl who hunts fish in people dreams because a person with an aquarium for a head wants to turn all humanity into fishies, it isn't even bizarre on avarage levels for manga.the 5 last updates on batoto (among my watch list, so no bl and other generic shojos)-
a women living with 5 big breasted monsters
a genius and a princess playing hide-and-seek about confessing
a guy gets reincarnated into a world of magic and swords
a communer gets kidnapped to teach rich ladies how normal people are like
and some guy got enlisted as a evil organization lackey to support his brothers and sisters, who are fellow orphans.
while none of those is bizarre, it still makes this manga look somewhat normal.

Common sense vs love

A most bizarre start to a manga.  Well, maybe not thee most bizarre, but it's up there.  Normally I wouldn't consider reading the second chapter at this point, but I think I'm going to give this one at least one more try.  There is something oddly enjoyable going on here.  I really hope this manga isn't just based on potty humor.  Potty humor can only carry a story so far before it becomes cr@ppy.  There, I inserted some potty humor into my serious dialog about this manga, happy now? ;-D
