This provides a pretty good example of everything that's wrong with writing laws to pretend you're solving problems: They do no g*d-damn good if you don't enforce them humanely, logically, and equally.

This isn't a hentai, though, it's an actual series. I expected a higher quality of storytelling, at least.

Seems fun. The premise is ridiculous. Girls "who did nothing" wrong gets locked in (kinda) with prisoners convicted for crime against minors. The girls loses their human rights for criminals. It seems like the girls are being used to get rid of the criminals who have some kind of legal protection for some reason. 

This is one of the dumbest things I've ever read.

 

How does this make any logical sense? How is it legal? Is the mangaka honestly expecting me to swallow that the public is okay with this? How did it even get to this point?

From what I understand, the new law aims to make jails more humane, i.e. catering to those jailed. And since those jailed are pedophile-rapist-murderers, "catering to them" means supplying them with little girls to rape and murder.
