Out of the selection i had to say i liked tachibana as for tsujiura she was meh

the end certainly felt like a cop out, but it can't always be helped.

At least it was a fun story to read, that had a sort of progression going to it.

I personally ship for tachibana though :S

This shit went WAY too fast

ugh damn shame

There is a Negima squel??? Why I never heared of this??
Just checked in batoto. Either the chapters has been removed or not uploaded. Guess I will look for it in another site.

Crunchyroll's bringing out chapters weekly, it's over 100 chapters already.

Negima didn't get Axe tho,

The sudden end in Negima was due to the author himself, something related to RL issue.

That's why the author started up UQ Holder a bit later, which is technically the sequal to Negima, even if that mean some sort of 100+ years time jump...

Is all I can say about that ending.

It's all good except the last chapter..

That's literally not an ending. That's just choosing a random point in the story to stop at and going "This is the ending because I say so!" Nice try.

This is an ending because they're not going to publish the shit anymore.

We got Negima'd. Troll build up to a climax that never comes.

Even something like having an UMA appear out of nowhere to NTR Yuu would have been better.

But for this series... well... it's sorta like a rushed ending where Yuu basically summarize the entire series in one chapter about how he changed from a loner to a popular guy.

Now, if there's a sequal for this, then we can say it's "Negima'd"

Otherwise, the proper term would be "Mx0'd"

That's what you call a cop out boys and girls.

I hope the mangaka makes his next heroine somewhat bearable .

I had a good time laughing in chapter 33. Thanks for your hard work, author and Underdog Scans. I'll probably buy the volumes should they ever be released here! :)

Normally I would hate an ending like this -- by nature an axed ending is rarely going to be good, because they're usually the standard "the story ends here but their adventures continue" cop-out.

But there's really no way it could have ended with a confession without feeling underwhelming. Like someone said I can't really think of what a confession scene with Tsujiura-san would be like right now. And while we do learn more about Midori outside of her dogged pursuit of Yuu it's not really to the point where I could say he could turn around and confess to her and it'd be satisfying

Anyways, thanks for your work Underdog Scans.

This Manga was a solid 7/10 that is to say is was super predictable plot wise, the art wasn't always running on all 6 cylindera and the character became a little over done. The characters however were charming throughout the plot. The main character has a good arch he went through and every character change at the end so it doesn't feel as stilted as most rom/com manga. But if you get into not liking the characters just don't bother with it.

love this comment FTW ahahaha~

I know how many people around here feels but... This is probably the best ending that could be reached. Let's forget the bloodbath, a simple choice was just out of sight.

How it should have ended:

He confesses, and wants a genuine relationship instead of just a fake one, accepting all of her weirdness with gratitude to changing his life for the better, to which which she agrees to going out with him without any more pretenses. He needs to confess, especially after they made a big deal out of him leading on two girls half-heartedly for several chapters during the beach arc and each chapter after that. Followed up by the blonde girl's rejection, then recovery, and maybe vow to never give up on the MC. Rich boy finally decides to concede and move on, at the same time hoping for their relationship to go sour and take her as a rebound. Gene Simmons's long-lost brother and his lackeys can stay the same as they were depicted in the final chapter. I've forgotten all their names already as you can tell.

There, now it's over. None of that open-ended ending crap where the most important plot point of the manga is left unresolved. This could have all been done with an extra chapter, maybe even 2 or 3 more pages extra detailing all of the above; would have better than nothing.

6.5/10 or 3.5/5

Welp, that's it at least Yuu *spoiler alert* found the Chupacabra at last mmm...

It was fun to read, I enjoyed it. But I have to admit it, the axe was strong with this one.

Maybe it's for the best.  I have to admit I'm drawing a bit of a blank over what a confession scene with Tsujiura could be like.

I teared when I saw the update as the Last Chapter.

I Lol'd when I saw the Chupacabra.

Thanks Underdog Scans!

It was an enjoyable trip. Not sure what I was expecting for the ending, but I'm still glad I read it. Thanks to Underdog Scans for their work on this!

I can't believe it...

Spoiler

Of course it is. It's the UMA shop keeper, finally showing his true for us at the end. Or perhaps the chupacabra is only seen by 4th wall breakers only...
