in case someone doesn't know, we fans a have a subreddit https://www.reddit.com/r/TokyoGhoul/, and it's very alive. The latest chapter is always linked in there, often between mangastream and jaminibox.

Man, this is getting disapointing, these last chapters are weak and the last one is a huge pile of shit, this manga is going to have a very bad written ending. Kimi is sick, and the concept of gray moral that made this manga so interestingi is dead, i am reading a shonen, Rip tg. Every chapter, things are getting more cringy.
Giving humans and ghouls a common objective that's not 'kill each other' doesn't make Furuta 'good'. Maybe somewhere in that rotten heart of his there might've been good intentions however warped, but it's a bit late to come up with something like that to excuse all the suffering he's spread. Even a 'I did what I had to do, it was a necessary cruelty' scenario would feel forced.
That part went smoother than expected. What comes next is the hard part. The logistical problems of coordinating a huge group like this, made from factions that don't get along.

The supply of coffee to keep everyone awake during a long operation... Touka has it covered, I guess?

Remember, all those chapters ago, when Tskiyama's little friend said she wanted to take an "ugly" picture of him? Notice her taking a picture now? (Don't worry, I laughed pretty hard at Tsukiyama's face there too.)
That aside, Itori is back, and maybe we'll finally find out what the hell Uta has actually wanted all this time, since he's always seemed like someone with a (well-hidden) agenda.
Akira seems to be... satisfied. (Hoping for a Ch.125 for them. Anyone else?)

this shit is getting so stupid recently, none of these deaths have any emotional impact and ishida's obsession with the concept of tragedy isn't backed up by serious buildup that would make this stuff impactful. I didn't expect a happy ending but this is a pretty lame way to do it.

She is not even there. The quinx squad is supposed to be at home sleeping except for Mutsuki who was directly involved in the operation and Urie who went against Fruit. So far they should be safe.
