Strange, but interesting.
This story and the artwork reminds me of some of the stories that were published in the early years of Heavy Metal magazine by such artists as Moebius and other European artists back in the late 1970s.
First chapter had all that Transmetropolitan feeling, the second one was almost an acid trip.
