In my mind at least, the name of the 22nd chapter is "Plot Armor"
I only cried for the last bunch of chapters, no big deal. It was damn good though
Re-read this after about five years. Tears actually ran down my face. Azuma Takeshi Sensei is a genius, ranking up there with Hikawa Kyouko in my opinion. The story started out with a humorous and ridiculous premise, but the characters were extremely well developed (and never acted out of character), and the story progressed well and contained a great deal of well written drama and pathos (hardest thing for any author to do well). In short, I loved it. It will always remain a real favorite.
I hear ya'. I wasn't expecting to, especially with the way it began, but by those last few chapters, you love the characters so much that what happens hits you straight in the feels.
