awh, cute ending, though it was quite sped up
Well, maybe I was in a bad mood that day. The ending was nice. Kinda liked the extra story too.
And the heroine is likeable. She keeps on trying and trying. She has courage.
I dunno, I feel like going into a manga-style rant at the author, like, "Don't underestimate cuteness! Do you think you're going to reach the readers with that half-hearted approach? Do you think that just by making her clumsy and indecisive, you have a cute character? Do you know anything else about her? She has to be a person, a cute person--if you don't know her and want to cuddle her, how will the readers feel it?" etc. etc.
Cute does not mean you can get away with no characterization, no interesting dialogue, and plotting by rote. I don't normally disagree with Sootopolis, but to me the more I read, the more this feels like paint-by-numbers cuteness. Hibi Chouchou it isn't, much less Lovely Everywhere.
